The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, two refrigerators and a washing machine. You will have two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The living room will allow you to share good moments with your roommates, to meet after your long days to discuss and rest. The apartment is very quiet and our tenants come from all over the world. The room is very spacious. It has a wardrobe and a double bed. There is also a small, quiet area with an armchair perfect for reading sessions and a desk. This part of the room can be closed to create a very pleasant place to study efficiently. Not facing the street, the room is quiet.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district, the center of Barcelona. In front of the apartment you will find the Urgell metro station serving the L1 line that crosses the whole city. You can get to Barcelona’s historic center and Plaza Catalunya in less than 15 minutes. The Sant Antoni station with the L2 line can take you to the most famous places in Barcelona, such as Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia. You can also take the buses and use the bicycles provided by the city of Barcelona. 

You will be able to take advantage of the many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area to make all the purchases you need.
