In this completely renovated flat you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. 

The kitchen, the main room of the flat, is equipped with an oven, microwave and kitchenware. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. 

You will share these common areas with three other roommates. They are international students coming to study for a semester or a year in Barcelona or young workers. We take care that our tenants have the same profile, i.e. between 18 and 28 years old, to make it easier to live together. Coming from different countries, it is a real cultural mix that our tenants appreciate. 

The bedroom is the largest in the flat with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The room is very bright and the windows overlook the street. 

The flat is close to the university area and close to two metro stops allowing you to go quickly to the city centre of Barcelona. 5 minutes walking distance there is the Collblanc metro with line L5, line L9S and line L10S, the other metro stop close to the flat is Torrassa with line L1 which crosses the whole city and can take you in less than 20 minutes to Plaza Catalunya. The train station is only 3 stops away and you can also go directly to the airport without changing metro lines.
