The flats are fully equipped (kitchen, fridges, wash machine, dishes…). All of our shared flats have a wifi connection. For the non-shared flats, thanks for contacting us directly.

All our flats are located in safe neighborhoods, very well communicated by public transport (metro, Bicing, RENFE, buses).

3. Young and international Roommates 
International and happy people between 18 and 30 years old share the common area of the flat. They are mainly international students, young workers, trainees! It is a wonderful way to improve your language skills and discover other cultures.

4. All kind of prices for all kind of budgets.
The monthly rent of a Happycasa rooms is between 270 € and 450 € all inclusive.
