Prices
The monthly price of our rooms vary between 350 € and 550 € all taxes included.

Shared Expenses
Water, gas, electricity and internet are included in the price.  In the event of an anormal increase of expenses on a flat, the extra-charges will be divided and paid equally between roommates.

How to book my room before I arrive in Barcelona?
It is easy! You just have to make a bank transfert equivalent to:
the rent of the month of your arrival
+ the deposit which is 1 month plus 100 euros
+ contract and adminsitration fees.
Once we receive your bank transfer, your booking is confirmed. You just have to precise the day and the time of your arrival in the flat!

Deposit:
One month’s rent + 100 euros deposit must be paid upon arrival. This deposit is fully refunded provided all the following requirements are fulfilled:
• The room is returned clean.
• The tenant has made no damage to the flat.
• There is no behaviour/noise complaint made against the tenant from neighbours, Civil guard or police.

Check in/Check out
Check outs are made on the last day of the month.  Entries are made the 1st day of the month.

Payment of rent:
The payment is done by full months, at the beginning of each month.

Document required for renting a room:
Photocopy of an identity card (identity card, passport …) and contact person in case of emergency.

Cleaning:
the tenants are responsible for the cleaning of common areas and rooms as well as the purchase of cleaning products.

Animals:
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
